The NET Meetings
Each of us are part of the net that God uses to catch the youth and help them to grow in his Love. If you have never looked at a fishing net, take a look and watch how it actually works. The entire net operates as one unit. Each of us represent a single strand of the net.
The more each strand is intertwined with each other the stronger the net. If one strand tries to catch a fish alone it will never succeed. But if each strand works to create stronger ties or joints with the other strands, the more it is able to create smaller holes for fewer things to slip through. Likewise, the stronger each rope or strand is independently the more other strands can rely on the strength of that strand. Upon the strength developed by each strand the deeper the fisherman can fish.
Jesus told the Apostle’s to throw out into the deep and this should be our goal: If we develop our strengths independently and in conjunction with each other the deeper God can cast The NET in our Diocese.
Each meeting lasts from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm (if you need to, you may leave early)
