Thank you for stepping up to lead your parish group to NCYC! Please read EVERY attachment below before doing anything else!! There is A LOT of information you need to know before leading a group and it is included in the attachments below.
Costs
Per person cost - $240
Per hotel room cost - $588
Per person cost for diocesan bus - $85

FAQDeadlines:
September 20 - $150/person deposit due, Registration paperwork (group, adult, youth), online registration, youth protection waiver, and hotel rooming sheet.
September 20 - October 20- Additions - $40/person late fee due (no exceptions), All forms and payments due.
- Substitutions - $20/person fee due (no exceptions), All forms and payments due.
- Cancellations - You will be refunded the amount given minus a $40 fee
October 20 - FINAL day to register, all forms and payments due! No cancellations, only substitutions allowed after this point!
