Jim Beckman serves as the Director of Impact Center, a ministry designed to nurture and train youth ministers. He has been involved in youth ministry for...a really long time. He is a dynamic and passionate speaker who has served as a host for Franciscan's Summer Youth Converences, and has built solid and thriving youth ministry programs in several parishes over the years.
